Iam just more into the hybrid series and that is why I chose the T3/T4 plus it's cheaper with alot of room to be modified. Also almost all turbo shops have knowledge of the T3/T4.

Man if I can't believe I didn't see that coming....

T3/T4 will work fine, no probs there.

I talked at length with WOT and 02redrocket about all this last night, and we all agreed that the hardest part is going to be the tuning.

An FMU will work, but in my personal opinion I think that is just a band-aid fix for something that can be done alot better. The S-AFC will work, but I think that there are better solutions than that. The greddy E-manage shows some promise, but I have yet to truly play with it to see what it's capabilities are. I might get one in the near future and hook it up to see exactly what it can/can't do. I also have had a long standing idea of actually using a Turbo Sunbird ECM as a stand alone fuel computer, but I don't want to go into that right now

Using the Sunbird ECU as a stand-alone management system sound good, but how the heck would you segregate that functionality from the S-10's ECU and re-route it to the Sunbirds?

Or would the Sunbird ECU act as a "piggyback" to the S-10's?

Isn't the Sunbird 1227749 ECM the same one used by Sy/Tys?

There's a lot of info on it on the web.
