Lol, I would expect nothing less.

Started looking around yesterday, research the stock lug stud, bolt diameter, knurl diameter, etc. I found 80-00 Hondas have the same press fit (0.472") as the 64 but use a 12Mx1.5 thread, basically what S10s and most newer cars use. Those will press right in vs having to drill the holes out and not screw something up.

I don't think I'd be stressing those as much as I am the 7/16. Possibly going ARP studs or just folding and getting honda studs from napa and pressing them in.

Someone mentioned I'm on borrowed time driving like that with the factory c-clips axles too. They are right, but might just have to roll with it. I did replace the clips with new when I rebuilt the rear as the factory ones were pretty weak looking.

First weekend of no travel softball!!!! MAN, so nice to wake up whenever, do whatever, not have to pack like we're camping, drive an hour, then sit for the whole day!

Got some honey-do's done and had a chance to get the chevelle squeaky clean. I didn't get the big camera out, have something coming up I'm excited about.

2 months since last wash, 540 miles since suspension job. Needless to say there's been a .."couple" triple digit scrubs in that time, brake dust builds up fast. Think I need to wax these rims to somewhat seal them? Looks like the brake dust was trying to stain the paint somehow, had to do some scrubbing. It was cold and windy, so windy it was blowing the foam right out of the bucket. I filled up with just about scalding hot water from the bathtub, then had kept my nitrile mechanics gloves on from where I changed the wife's oil. It was the perfect combo! The gloves kept my hands insulated so the wind had 0 effect on them. Got her car scrubbed up too, just in time for the damn rain..

Even lubed up the tires and washed the windows to get it up to date. Think I still had cakehead finger prints on the back windows from the parade.

I know this isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I'm seriously jonesing about this. Found a VERY cool old Pepsi wall about 20 mins from the house near UNCG. I was all set to go tonight, then saw the forecast, damn google was showing clear throughout the week, now it's supposed to rain all week??

Here's the wall I'm talking about, think the car will look absolutely tits sitting in front of it!! Will bring the big camera out but am also going to stalk it to see what time of day would be best for the shot. At night those lights cast an awesome flood across the wall/sidewalk, it's a bar inside, will talk with manager to see if they mind me blocking the walk for a couple minutes to get some shots. I'm talking I'll be working this b!tch until I get the perfect shot I can print/frame/hang in my office.

And if ya'll are absolutely bored and need something to do, this is our last travel game with the 14U team, my monkey aged out and is going to the 16U team. #30, she's growing up way too fast. It was cold as hell with wind blowing so half the girls look like ghosts. Pics are better towards the middle/end, moved behind home plate and the camera wasn't as cold, was responding to changes a little better.

One more thing. Drove the car out Saturday morning, stopped by Napa to get the honda lug studs and remaining little things to re-plumb the brake lines / install line lock. Went to autozone to drop off used oil and pick up wheel cleaner. Was waiting in line and this older gentleman comes walking up to me with a goofy grin on his face, I was thinking, damn, do I know this guy? He said, "Is that your car out there?" Lol, how could he tell, I was in my garage dirties. He started gushing about how much he loved the car, it's stance, and can't wait to get something like that himself, then about the show *****in Rides, etc etc. It was a very nice exchange, almost felt like a celebrity for a minute. I repeatedly offered to take him for a ride but he declined. Told him I've been waiting forever for the car to go missing and Chip Foose show up (That's for Adam ).

I'd push him toward the "best" looking donk wheels from his awesome series of chrome 22's.

Though admittedly, that show has put out some decent rides over the years.

Had a little time tonight, stalked my new favorite backdrop. Unfortunately didn't have the good camera with me, but there's enough lighting there at night to get a decent shot.

Hey Mark, it's right outside the UNCG campus, corner of Spring Garden and Mendenhall.

Daughter wanted to go cruising last night, she got a new phone and was trash talking my android. Found some new backgrounds and we dueled it out. I don't have any of her pics, here are mine. I know I need a life.

Went stupid with the editor too..
