my weight numbers are extremely LOW for me, because of all the re-training I have to do on my RIGHT side... but to equal out its only fair to do it for the left too.

over the next couple weeks i'll be adding more, but for now a standard low level re-conditioning plan is key.

"Off Day" today

Only did 20 minutes on the elyptical
my 5 lb rotator excersizes (hitler, lawn mower, wings).
and 20 minutes on treadmil

Well that and I worked a freaking BRUTAL day on the range, and I get plenty of exercise doing that too.

I havent weighed myself in a couple days, will do tomorrow morning.

I used to do this before, when I was skinner, so I know not to every day, it'll just get mentally disheartening and I'll flunk out on myself lol

I am tuning it in, when I see major fluctuations I know somethings not right, however, when I see between a half lb and lb a day loss for 3 days straight I know I'm on the right path.

So now, I won't step on the scale again until next week.

I'm down 1 notch on my belt already..... Teaching in the heat and sweating water weight helped too

I normally go through 3 gallons of water per day when I'm teaching on the range

This weekend I went through 3 gallons TOTAL for both days while on the range.

And I was still wayyyy hydrated.

i can definately tell a difference in moobs and my pants

First i'll start with photos then when I get to work i'll write description more.

First, Clothed before after

Now for the first time in a while im not as emberrassed to remove my shirt in front of people
already a big difference in neck/shoulders/face

For the first time since 2003 I have muscles starting to show up in my back

what I hate though is I still have that gut that hangs over, but im not expecting 4 week results, I know its going to be another few months before thats to the point where its not as big/noticeable

I am still mad at myself for letting myself get this way, but a sit down job after years of activity plus eating cuban sandwiches twice a day and alll sorts of sodas and sugary drinks took a massive toll on me

On my way to recovering
