Music that you like to work out too???

I want to download a few songs and create a ""Workout"" playlist on my Ipod...

So far I have Power from a old group called SNAP... I dunno why, but I dig that song, especially, if I'm hitting the punching bags or attempting to run/jog/sloth...

When I started out I could only run about 45-50 seconds before being so winded I thought I might do a faceplant on the treadmill and grind off a few layers... Now I can just about make it to the very end of the track before I pass out...

I'm a big fan of just about anything with a good beat, I know thats pretty vague.... but I have anything on my playlist from Dresden Dolls, to Marylin Manson... Slayer... Cowboy Troy...

I'm not terribly particular... I have some light hearted stuff I listen to when I'm finishing up....

i'm with rhino on finding songs with a good beat. i like to listen to a lot of rap songs when i need a good beat. i enjoy some eminem because it has a good beat but also has that kinda angry edge that makes me push. if i'm really burning and don't need a beat i listen to a lot of rock and alternative that i like but is on the heavier end.

I really like stuff from the 80s.

Ramones are fast paced and short enough to not die.

GoGos are very happy music

Never been real big into rock, but I just picked up Disturbed - The Sickness... Several cool tracks...

Seems the older I get the more differet my tastes get...

When I was in HS, I just listen to Rap...

Now

Rap, R&B, Pop, Alotta Jazz (smooth Jazz) Blues, some country, some rock, whatever genre the groups Enya and Enigma fall into...

I just setup this list, and it worked out pretty well for 45 minutes of intervals on the rollers. It's not for everyone, I'm sure. But there are a couple of "fast" songs in there, as well as some "slow" songs mixed in as well.

Not in the right order, but in alphabetical order. Not sure how that fubarred in the picture?!?!?!
