had the wife take a picture for me last night just to gauge where I am from where I was...I can see a little difference



thanks for all the words of encouragement and support...it really helps, just wish I could have gone on my walk/jog last night...stupid rain and lightning

thanks Jon, there are no shortages of gyms in the Tampa area, I'm sure you will find one. Most of my weight loss has been changing my diet, I walked/jogged with Erin and the dogs everynight but it still didn't overcome what I was eating. I changed my food intake and instantly started seeing a major difference. I can't get out of the habit of weighing myself everyday; yesterday I was 301.6 and this morning I was 301.2...getting closer to that 300 mark

I reached a milestone today! I was going to wait until I had lost 25 lbs but I couldn't wait anymore, today I weighed 299.6! UNDER 300!!! More updates to come as I reach more goals

Just dont get disappointed when you start seeing that go up a little bit, especially once you get into an excersize regiment.

Thats my most hated part of the weight loss process, getting to say 230, then fluctuate and gain a few lbs yet ive still shrank!

It took a long time before I researched it and found that the muscle regeneration and toning was putting it on lol

This was years ago too

I think im going to sign up for 24 hr fitness on MLK and Parsons, its open 24 hrs, so I can go anytime i want, its closeby and its 60 sign up and 30/month.... Cakewalk.

I need weights to restrengthen my right side, not just the diet and exercise

Shelly has fallen prey to the same trap so to speak. She keeps seeing her clothes fit better, and her body reduce size, but has lost less than 4lbs to date!!! Even her friends are making comments about how much better she looks, but she's totally discouraged because she's focusing on that number on the scale.

Me on the other hand, I'm OK with that number on the scale, but I can't seem to get this midsection to go away. I'll keep trying!

Congrats Jay on the under 300 mark!

thanks, I'm not too worried about the number anymore, as long as it stays below 300 and I can get rid of the rest of my belly and boobs then I'll be happy
