Won't start after it rains

Ok guys im stuck. When it rains my truck is very hard to start. I have a 2004 Xtreme blazer. I have changed the cap and rotor, also the fuel pressure regulator. Now when I try to start it, it turns over. On second try it fires right up. Please help I want this to go away.....

Check your fuel pressure see if it drops off after prime. Several possibilities, bad check valve in the pump allowing pressure to bleed back to the tank, leaking injector(s) Also check the pump electrical connector terminals for spreading or melting. Rain may/may not be coincidence, spray the coil and wires with water (salt water is best) to see if it's arcing.
