Something else i would like to do is add a truetrack rear diff.

The awd on this truck is setup with 3 open differentials. Front transfer case and rear diff. Then it uses brake bias to move power around.

Some reading shows that the TT works great with the system from other makers. Just need to do some more research to make sure its a good fit.for the gm system.

My tahoe does that and blasts the ac above certain temps, it is nice.

I was wondering where the PSA about diff fluid came from, lol, didn't connect it..

Yeah.... LT1s were set to run HOT. Bugged the crap out of me till I got my LT1 software working to see that it was actually set that high.
Maybe something with the coolant not running through the intake? Or the fact that it runs backwards compared to regular 350s? I dunno.

Anyone still have access to alldata or anything similar? Going to try and do an exhaust system back pressure test this weekend and was looking for the data for this truck.

I think the s10 was something like 1psi at part throttle and 4psi at WOT, anything above that was a fail.

Should be less than 1.25 psi at idle and less than 3 psi at 2000 rpm.

i tested the drivers side convertor the other day and got zero psi on my gauge at idle and it would flutter the gauge off idle.

i need to get the pass side sensor out so i can test that side.

Spray it with penetrating oil before you even touch it. Stainless steel threads gall easily.
