After fixing up the bottom bracket for the rubber radiator isolator, the top bracket gave way and let the rad slip out! I don't have a before pic but you can see where I filled everything in with weld. Problem solved!

And how it sits now. Lonely and waiting for love. Took this one yesterday.

Glad to hear it's back running! You know Camco people? They're right behind where I work.

Yessir, my good friend does graphic design for them. It's not currently drive able because of the wiring issue. I've looked into it but I'm stumped right now.

And just like that it's headed to Hotwire for surgery.

It's going to be a day or two before I can start on it but hope to have it figured out soon.

Pulled the ecm connectors, tightened up the female ends of the connections, fired the blazer up, it's running without smoking, all gears in the trans, but it's still running very rich. I datalogged watching the sensors and everything is responding correctly, except the tune is off pretty bad. The fuel trims are maxing out trying to pull fuel out when it goes closed loop. I can't check fuel pressure but did check injector spray with a timing light, seems to be ok.

I can hold the rpm at 1k and the rpm/fueling cycles bad. I twisted wires, tugged on them, did the whole wiggle test and everything stayed solid. Can't do it for long as the temp climbs fast.

In process of building fan wiring harness, hope to start on the install tomorrow night. Been so hot outside you can about get burnt just touching the fender.
